📦 Shipping

Orders ship Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MST (excluding holidays). Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. We ship anywhere in the U.S. — all 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii — and to Canada and Japan.

🌍 International orders. Canada and Japan ship by USPS at the live rate shown in your cart before you pay. Free shipping over $25 is a U.S. offer and doesn't apply overseas. Delivery usually runs 1–3 weeks depending on customs. Any import duty, tax or brokerage fee is set by your own country and collected on delivery — it isn't included in what you pay us, and we can't estimate it for you.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Missing or damaged? Email support@daisydink.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

🔄 Returns

Unused paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories in new condition with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@daisydink.com with your order number to start a return.

Used, worn, or scuffed items, final-sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.
Buyer covers return shipping unless we made the error.
On international returns, the original shipping cost and any duty or import tax you paid on delivery aren't refundable — those go to your country, not to us.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection. No restocking fee if the error was ours.

🌼 Paddle warranty

Daisy Dink paddles carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects — handle breaks, edge-guard cracking, face cracks, end-cap damage, or missing parts under normal use. Register your paddle within 14 days of purchase to activate coverage. Apparel & accessories are guaranteed defect-free for 14 days from delivery.

What we collect

Only what we need to run your orders and the site: your name and contact details, shipping address, order history, and any messages you send us. As you browse we also collect basic technical and usage data — device, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address — to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies & analytics

We use a few essential cookies for security and to remember your cart. We also use privacy-friendly Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can make it better. Analytics is on by default, but you can opt out anytime via the cookie banner or "Cookie settings" in the footer, and we automatically respect your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we share it

We share data only with the providers that make your order happen — payment (Stripe), shipping carriers, email delivery (Resend), and analytics (Google) — and only as needed to serve you. We never sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices & rights

Opt out of marketing anytime — every email has an unsubscribe link, and for SMS you can reply STOP. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@daisydink.com. We honor CCPA (California) and GDPR (EEA) rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — which we don't do.

Data retention

We keep order and account records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
