📦 Shipping
Orders ship Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MST (excluding holidays). Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. only — all 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii.
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Express/Overnight: email us for a quote
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Missing or damaged? Email support@daisydink.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
🔄 Returns
Unused paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories in new condition with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@daisydink.com with your order number to start a return.
- Used, worn, or scuffed items, final-sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.
- Buyer covers return shipping unless we made the error.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection. No restocking fee if the error was ours.
🌼 Paddle warranty
Daisy Dink paddles carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects — handle breaks, edge-guard cracking, face cracks, end-cap damage, or missing parts under normal use. Register your paddle within 14 days of purchase to activate coverage. Apparel & accessories are guaranteed defect-free for 14 days from delivery.

What we collect
Only what we need to run your orders and the site: your name and contact details, shipping address, order history, and any messages you send us. As you browse we also collect basic technical and usage data — device, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address — to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies & analytics
We use a few essential cookies for security and to remember your cart. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can make it better. Analytics stays off until you accept our cookie banner, and you can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we share it
We share data only with the providers that make your order happen — payment (Stripe), shipping carriers, email delivery (Resend), and analytics (Google) — and only as needed to serve you. We never sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices & rights
Opt out of marketing anytime — every email has an unsubscribe link, and for SMS you can reply STOP. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@daisydink.com. We honor CCPA (California) and GDPR (EEA) rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — which we don't do.
Data retention
We keep order and account records as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
