When do I get my $50 store credit?
After your feedback is reviewed and approved by our team. It's not automatic — we read every response first.
How long do I have to submit feedback?
21 days from receiving your paddle. Late submissions may affect eligibility for future drops.
Can I keep the paddle?
Yes! Once feedback is approved, it's yours. Hobby & Competitive testers purchase at the beta price ($75 + ship).
What does DUPR verification involve?
Share a screenshot from the DUPR app showing your name and rating. Competitive needs 3.0+, Pro needs 5.5+.
Can I share photos on social media?
Yes — share your general experience. You agree not to disclose specs, pricing, or proprietary design without approval.
What if I'm not approved?
Spots are limited and we build a diverse pool. If not approved this round, you're welcome to reapply next cycle.
