Our Kitchen Work session is designed for junior players who already who knows basic serving, scoring, and rallying -but are eager to sharpen their skills at the most important part of the court: the kitchen line. In this focused training, players will: Learn proper positioning and footwork at the non-volley zone; Practice dinks, volleys, and blocks; Build strategies for winning points at the net.
