This clinic will focus on Transition Zone shots and decision-making as players work their way from the baseline to the NVZ (kitchen line). The PLUS refers to an approach that focuses on Mindfulness. Anthony Duricy is a certified Sports Performance Coach and Athletic Movement/Reflex Performance Reset Level III certified instructor - Mindfulness Guide. 8 player limit (2 courts). This is NOT for beginners. Must be able to hold a rally. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and warm up!
