Bay State Summer Games Pickleball
Qualifying event for the 2028 State Games of America Pickleball tournament. Round-robin into medal play. Registration closes July 1 or when brackets are filled. Each division has a cap of 12 teams. Both partners must register individually. Skill level groups may be split by age group. Athletes can only register once in doubles and once in mixed doubles. LT Pro 48 Pickleball - Yellow/Lime ball. Non-sanctioned tournament. Games will be self-scored and self-officiated. Round robin format with top teams moving on to the medal games. Round robin: 1 game to 11, win by 1. Medal rounds: 1 game to 15, win by 2. Minimum of four games. At least one athlete from each pair must be a full-time resident of MA, ME, NH, VT, RI, CT or NY, or a full-time student of a Massachusetts academic institution. Men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles offered. A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player. Bay State Games reserves the right to combine divisions.
