5th Annual Maryland Open - 2026 (A PPA World Championship Qualifying Tournament)
The 2026 Maryland Open will be part of the PPA's Pickleball World Championship. All medalists in each event will qualify for the 2026 Pickleball World Championships to be held November 2nd-8th in Texas. Each medalist will receive a discount on their registration fee (Gold 100%, Silver 50%, and Bronze 25%). Outdoors at Owen Brown Tennis and Pickleball Facility (6 Pickleball Courts and 20 Temporary Courts). Registration fee is $50, each additional event is $20. Register before September 1st and receive a tournament T-shirt. October 9th: Singles - Mens and Womens. October 10th: Mens and Womens Doubles. October 11th: Mixed Doubles. Skill levels of 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and Open. Age groups will generally be split between 34 and under, 35-49, 50+, and 60+.
