Looking for a fun outdoor dinking spot in St. Paul? El Rio Vista Recreation Center might be your next favorite court! This community hub has a ton to offer, and while we only know of one outdoor court right now, it's a great place to start. Located inside the Wellstone Community Center, El Rio Vista offers programming for all ages.
