Daisy Dink Warranty Policy

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Daisy Dink paddles are designed for premium performance and durability. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the paddle's usability.

2. What is Covered?

Your Daisy Dink paddle is protected against:
βœ” Delamination – The face of the paddle separating from the core.
βœ” Core Failures – Internal paddle core breakdown that affects playability.
βœ” Handle Separation – The handle detaching from the paddle face.
βœ” Defective Materials – Issues with the paddle’s surface, edge guard, or structural integrity due to faulty production.

3. What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, scuffs, fading graphics, or edge guard wear).
❌ Damage from misuse (hitting against the ground, another paddle, or improper storage).
❌ Water or heat damage (exposure to rain, extreme cold, or prolonged sun exposure).
❌ Unauthorized modifications (replacing grips, altering weight, or making custom modifications).
❌ Commercial use (e.g., paddles used in rental programs, coaching services, or excessive non-personal use).

Note: Daisy Dink apparel and accessories are not covered under this warranty.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your paddle qualifies for a warranty replacement, follow these steps:

  • Your order number (or proof of purchase).
  • Photos of the defect (front, back, edges, and close-ups).
  • Brief description of the issue and how it occurred.

⏳ Claim Review:

  • We will review your claim within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, we will provide a replacement paddle or store credit toward a new purchase (at our discretion).

5. Warranty Limitations

  • Each paddle is eligible for ONE warranty replacement.
  • If a replacement paddle is issued, the warranty does not resetβ€”it continues from the date of the original purchase.
  • Warranty claims are voided if the paddle has been altered beyond normal grip changes.

6. Additional Notes

  • Daisy Dink reserves the right to approve or deny any claim based on product inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective paddle back if required.
  • Warranty replacements are final sale and not eligible for additional returns or exchanges.
